Tom and Hernando, if either of you need help or have any questions regarding your diets, feel free to PM me, hit me up on Facebook, or email me directly. I am by no means the expert, but I have my diet pretty much dialed in, as well as my training. I have been doing two WOD's a day for the past week or so, and I have never felt better, to be honest. I am pushing myself pretty hard in there, lifting as much weight as I can with proper form, and just really focusing on the fundamental movements, plus a few extra "favorites" of mine. Keep pushing mates; your "weakness" shall pass, and those girls will be drooling in no time.

Had my PRT this morning. Passed with flying colors. Improved on both push ups and sit upa and the run by 39 seconds. I'm very happy with this because I haven't had time to do almost anything the past two weeks physically (read: didn't force myself to, i regret it now)
Planning on getting back into things starting tonight! CrossFit at 530 and some hockey tonight at 9. Then back to the norm of CrossFit every morning Monday through Saturday. It's nice to not be swamped anymore.
edit: I probably don't have the perfect diet, or anywhere near it, but I try to eat as healthy as I can. Some sort of meat or fish and then vegetables for dinner, often pasta as well. Sandwiche's, pasta, chicken usually for lunch. Some sort of eggs for breakfast. I almost always make scrambled eggs, with two slices of ham on a bagel and a slice of cheese. Two protein shakes a day. Peanut butter, oatmeal, milk (I'm told milk is bad?), and chocolate protein. Tastes great. I'm sure there are better things that I could/should be doing with the diet but I'm not trying to be on the perfect path, just keep fairly healthy and in good shape.

GSXify, that is basically a steroid. It was marketed as a pro-hormone and sold legally for a while, but it since been pulled and is a banned substance as far as I know. If your "friend" did get some, advise him to stay off of it as it could be toxic to his liver.

Manned up and did the squats after all, I was slamming water all day since I was feeling dried out. Actually kind of killed it. Light weights (5x155 was the heaviest) but I followed up with 5 sets of 15 leg curls, same for leg extensions and some farmers walks with 45's to finish it off.

So, after finally getting down to 160lb - I have been happy. I've been working out hard, and lifting hard.
I had upped my protein intake and was taking 2 protein shakes a day, plus I had been adding protein powder to my cereal in the morning. I have been going through protein like mad though....
About a week ago, I started feeling a bit bloated... It kept getting worse through the week. My appetite was disappearing too... My girl had made several comments about me not being able to eat as much as I normally do. On top of the bloated feeling, I felt lethargic and was struggling to do my normal cardio at the gym.
I weighed in yesterday at 172lb... I gained about 12lb in one week... Mind you, at Passover dinner I ate a SH*T ton, but 12lb's worth?!?! Matzoh does constipate you a bit, but still... 12LB?!?!?!?!
Today I slept in til about 9am, so in the morning as I'm grabbing my protein to add to my bowl of cereal, I was a bit sharper...
Well FVCK ME... I had accidentally purchased WEIGHT GAINER, and have been taking it 3 times a day for the past week or so... I must've accidentally grabbed the wrong tub at GNC bc they were on the shelves next to each other. So fvckin angry...
