got the jump rope up to 2,000
first 1k is done in 9.50mins
second takes about 13mins
calves need to recover but i'm okay with being slow for now. just need to complete the jumps and boost the fat burning for the next 72hrs
cannot complete 360m swim every day.. the delts kill it
i try as best as i can to do at least 180m though
cardio is okay, but muscle endurance needs more time
diet is still in check, close to two weeks now. which if i can surpass 3 weeks with a clean diet, it's going to be a huge mental boost (that it CAN be done when you're married - v v v difficult here with the social life)
after 3 days of having chicken breasts with green peppers and mushrooms + black pepper cooked in olive oil, i now moved to mushrooms/cabbage/onions and that green tall thing lol which i forgot its name in english.
A LOT MORE moisture and a LOT more easier to eat.
cooking it with a tiny bit of soy and sweet chili goes a LONG WAY to keep you on form.
i highly recommend trying it .. it's helping me a lot pass on all the goodies i encounter daily

I think I had food poisoning yesterday, I got most of the way through my bench/DB press workout but was dizzy and had to skip out halfway through the rows. I feel much better today, don't know if I'm gonna do my squats or not. I might save it for tomorrow.

So, I started CrossFit about a week and half ago. It's been interesting to say the least, and I'm definitely enjoying it. I'm slowly trying to build up the weights I can use, but I'm still getting embarassed/schooled by some of the girls in the class LOL. That will be changing soon though.
Now I just need to figure out this diet thing. I am terrible when it comes to that. I have the palate of a 3rd grader.

I'm starting the whole CrossFit thing myself as well (though I definitely need to work on cleaning up what I eat along with it--that being the tough thing) to supplement my running now that I'm really getting back into the swing of things.
But come on, what is it with all the CrossFit iPhone apps? I swear, they all suck. I almost feel like sitting down for a weekend and rectifying that somehow, but to be honest, I can't help but think that doing so would be strangely ironic for some reason.
