Ran 26.2 miles yesterday (Boston), back on the bike tomorrow.
Taking it easy for a week (3-4 miles running every other day) then bringing my mileage back up. Mixing in the biking along the way. Currently training for an event called tough mudder in VT thats in three weeks and plan to do a few sprint tri's, marathons, and other stuff by the end of fall.

Just finished my WOD:
Warmup, then...
1-Dead lifts for strength: 135# x 15, 225# x 12, 275# x 10, 295# x 8, 315# x 5, 365# x 2, 385# x 1
2-Box jumps using a 30" box: I did 2 jumps, then added two 45# plates on top and repeated with 2 jumps. I did this until I have 16 plates stacked on top, and then I reduced it by two plates back down to just the box.
3-I was close to smoked at this point, so I just did 4 sets of 10 AB roll-outs using an handwheel a a breather.
4-Single arm dumbbell bench presses (one arm at a time): 70# x 15, 80# x 12, 90# x 9, 100# x 6
No mas.

I officially started the 5/3/1 monday with OH press to 75x5, 85x5, 95x5. That was way easy, but the program calls for easy weights to start. The rest was dips: 5 sets of 15 and chins 5 sets of 10.
Yesterday was deads, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5. Again, pretty easy to start. Hanging leg raises 5 sets of 15 and good mornings, 5 sets of 12@65.
Woke up hungry this morning.
