Wow, I didn't actually know they prohibited certain exercises. What a waste of space..

This weekend I was forced to workout at a boutique gym that was down the street from my beach house. Holy hell I've never been in a crappier gym than that. Little to no free weights. No pull up bar. No circuit machines. The machines they did have were 'pressurized'. It was horrible. Never seen such a load of crap ever, not to mention that they wanted $104.99/month gym membership.

GTFO.

 

^ the only time I've seen pressurized weights have been on cruise ships. Something about having all the weight stacks making the boat heavy. That place sounds ghey.

 

I workout at planet fitness. Thankfully they don't have that sign or I would be elsewhere.
