^lol I always weigh myself on "empty" when I can

Jack3d makes me fvcking crash. Need moar ACG3.

Trying a dif diet and alternating my workout. Instead of explosive, hip/knee dominant, horizontal push, vertical pull, vertical push, horizontal pull then core going to split hip dominant and knee dominant on separate days and do push one day and pull the next. Hoping it cuts my time and reduces risk of overtraining.

Haha, true true.

I started my weigh in at night so I've continued weigh ins before bed on Sunday. Consistency is what matters.

I'm 37, and yes it gets much more challenging to keep injury free and perform the way you're used to as you get older.

Wish I was 37, BigSlacker. (I like your advice as you and I think about the same.)
Try adding about 20 years onto your age.
Injury free is a prime concern.
I do still love to work out even after all these years!
