I don't think I was meant to be a runner. Took 12 weeks off to let my shins heal. Started back real slow and made sure I walked first to warm up, took breaks between, etc. Pain is coming back and I haven't gone more than 2 miles at a time. Ridiculous...

Dana! That is great. Just hang in there and those extra pounds will be gone in no time at all!

Dana, we will talk more about that once I get into town. Don't let this trainer try and starve the weight off of you. Just stay active, drink lots of water, cut out all soft drinks and sugar where you can, and reduce your portion sizes at meals, for now. Good luck brother.

Yeah, keep with it Dana. Exercise will also make you feel better!
I've done the stationary bike but I hate it. It's boring. I like to get outside and run more than anything.

I know the feeling KT, I very rarely touch the cardio-machines at the gym but I do love to get out and run in the fresh (but cold) air.
Hopefully you'll find some way to get back to it. I guess you had it looked up?
