I personally do not care too much about F150, expecially knowing I won't be able to get my hands on one.

I also (personally) do not believe the P1 or F150 will be better cars than the 918, they might be much faster (which most would never be driven to the limits anyway), but the 918 I believe will be the most usable.

All that said, I'm getting close to making a decision.

Please keep your thoughts coming, the've been so much fun to read, and very help.

Many thanks to everyone.

it loses its passion as a brutal, raw hyper car

Errm, How do you know? You cannot say something like that until the car finally comes out. You guys are very underestimating the abilities of the 918! I'm not saying the Huayra is not glorious, but there is too much art over function in it IMO. The 918 is a very different experience from the Huayra but evenly great.

Yeah, please choose the 918, lol. How can you order one though? Haven't they all been sold out or am I mistaken? I know for the Enzo, Ferrari specially chose who could buy one but Porsche is probably first come first served.

The 918 is very far from being sold out

So you've made up your mind? You already have a 458, so I wouldn't buy the Pagani over this beast.

I think that the only downside to buying a 918 is that since it's so technologically advanced and the first of its kind, not all the kinks would be solved when you get it. Still, Porsche should take care of you if something were to go wrong with the tech.
I'd be interested in how they'd do as second-hand cars (price-wise) compared to the CGT which is a pretty bare boned supercar. This car needs MIT graduates to service, lol.

Anyone can walk into any Porsche dealership and buy one. I don't think they will sell out

Wouldn't the same principle apply to the Huayra?

I don't know. The Pagani isn't with a hybrid motor and I doubt it's as technologically advanced. It looks like a pretty bare boned supercar with less things that can go wrong with it. But that doesn't sway my opinion on which I prefer, 918 all the way.
