If you haven't come across that diagram by this weekend, I'll take a look around and see if I can't turn it up.

Anything would be great. I can't find anything online that is clear.

I have a 2006 supercharged with active headlights and need the 2010 wire diagram for a truck with adaptive headlights. TIA

Ok I was trying to finish up the 2010 conversion before I take the truck into the body shop for paint and installation of the Overfinch body kit and I am still having some problems with the wire diagrams. I was actually able to get a 2010 front headlight wiring diagram and a 2006 headlight wiring diagram. I think I am still doing something wrong, because after wiring up the headlights I still have a few issues. I tried to follow the instructions on l322.com but his car is a 2002 and not a 2006 which has adapted headlights.

THINGS THAT WORK

Xenon Low Beam
Halogen High Beam
Turn Signals

THINGS THAT DONT WORK

adaptive headlights
angel eye and side marker flicker when xenons are turned on
headlight error on dash indicator light.

I pretty much need anyone who has finished the conversion to let me know which pins I am connecting that are messed up. I am assuming once I get the wires correct, the angle eyes and side markers won't flicker, the adaptive headlights will work, and I will have no error lights on my dashboard.

PROBLEMS!!!

Right now I have an headlight error on my dashboard. I can't get the adaptive lights to flash up and down when the cars starts. The angel eyes and side marker flicker when the xenon are turned on. They work fine when in parking lamp mode only.

The 2010 headlight plug has missing pins on 5,6,7,8.

So there is only 12 pins to connect up.

I also had a questions about pin 8 on the 2006 headlight. It looks like pin 8 and pin 13 on the 2006 wire diagram are connected to the trucks canbus system. Problem is there is no pin on the 2010 modules for this. I am almost there. Just need a little help.

Here are the wiring pins for the 2006 and 2010 headlights.

Oh good, you found a set of diagrams . . . all I could dig up was a set of 2007s. Wish I could help you further with the pinout, but I've never seen this particular conversion done in person.

Best of luck! Can't wait to see the finished version, once the pins/plugs are sorted.

Going to take the car to the body shop to get the new Overfinch front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts and rear spoiler painted.

Still having some issues with the headlights.

Everything works right now expect I get a adaptive headlight error on my dash. Wrote a few emails to guys in the UK hopefully someone can help me out.

So right now the angel eyes work, the blinkers blink quick for 3 seconds and then go normal with the resistors, the xenons and high beam work.

I have a rear fog light error I think I need to relook at the wiring for the relay. I think I made a mistake.

Very nice project! Hope that you can iron out the headlight problems though. It's always hard if you're trailblazing the conversion.

I just received my Magnaflow exhaust for the Range Rover and rushed to get it to Creative Car Audio and Motorsports for same day installation. My initial reaction was I loved the new throaty deep rumble that is resonates from the truck now. I also shaved some serious weight as the factory unit was heavy and already showing signs of discoloration and rusting. I can’t wait to get it on the dyno and see how much power the exhaust, pulley, and port and polishing are going to add to the truck.

Almost finished

Overfinch 2010 Front Bumper Painted.

Overfinch Side Skirts painted and installed.

Overfinch Rear bumper painted and installed.

I was just missing a few clips for the front bumper. It will go on tomorrow with the rear window spoiler. Then the car will get a full color sand and buff and it should be ready for me early next week.
