There is a fine line between being courteous , and diplomatic.... and being taken advantage off....

Sad to say, the clear deduction I can make by the story told and I understood, he has been taken advantage off..... and for period way too long.

So I understand were you are going and understand you.

Bisan...there is a simple solution to the problem.
Get a very large billboard that tells of your problems in big bold lettering. Park the car in front of the dealership every day (that you are able)and call the local media to report. Tell anyone who comes near what has happened.I guarantee that within a few days they will figure you are serious and you will get resolution.

BTW: I had a problem with the paint on the roof of a new oldsmobile fading. When the dealer blew me off I informed him I would be bringing the car back and drive it through his window and leave it there.I got the car repainted!!

lets coordinate a 4chan-style digital invasion of the dealership

this will not likely solve your problem ... but it will be fun

You're incorrect but if that satisfies you so be it.

There is more than one dealer who will refund a car and sort out the rest with the manufacturer.

What do I know though, it's not like I have industry experience or anything. Obviously you must, yes?
