Talk to me about C36. That's right, C36

John (Mr. MAcarbon) has a C36 that he bought when it was a couple years old and it has been pretty reliable. He has about 130,000 miles and hasn't really had any problems. The head gasket blew at 65,000 miles and the water pump just had to be replaced, but besides that it has been really reliable.
I would really suggest driving one before you set your mind at buying it though. They are not very quick, feel really heavy and the engines sound like an old diesel. Not a bad looking car though and for $5,000 it would be a great car.

I am still jonesing for it. I figure for $5K it's hard to go wrong. Thanks again for the input. Wish me luck convincing my "better half".
