Thoughts on a C2S as a DD?

Hands down first car I'd consider is a year or two old E63. 07s are cheap as hell wholesale. 08s a bit more. AMGs depreciate like hell you may be able to pick up that or something similar in that range. M5s right around there too...
Faster + four doors, I'd be all over it - but as I said I like hp. I can tell you if (hopefully when) I am in a similar position that's what I'll go for. You get the functionality, the quality, and the looks. Just my opinion.

To add to this statement (I'm pretty sure you were stating your sale price on a coupe), there is an 08 TT Cab with 900 miles for sale for 110K...very loaded...

Yeah, but I'm not looking to spend 100k at this point!

Turbodickie was selling his beautiful loaded 997TT with 12,000mi for 82k and had no bites.
Retailer dealer market seems to be mid to low 90s it seems. Private sales only seem to go at high 70s, low 80s. I've spoke to a few guys trying to sell their low mile 997TTs on eBay for 84k and so on and said that they have had no luck.
I will say that it seems like the wholesale value is in fact leveling out now.

If they're at that low of a retail price it's because they got in them low, for awhile they were very low... Current wholesale prices are in fact higher, maybe a leading indicator?
just double checked - all the cheapies I can see were bought last month - this month a bit more expensive

In fact, wholesale prices are back on the rise. I sell VWs and we were buying 06 Touaregs for 16k-18k depending on mileage, now they're starting at 18k
