Thoughts?
I'm not much of a watch guy, but I saw this today and it caught my eye. Wanted to know what you guys think...

Never thought about looking at Nixon watches, thanks for the heads up.

I was just looking at this watch online as well as the Nixon's. I think I fancy this guy:
Nixon 'The 51-30' Men's Bracelet Watch - - Nordstrom
I am guessing it's the materials used that differentiates the prices?

^^ Same watch I've been eying for a while.... Might have to add it to my collection for my B-Day (with the blue digits) - The prices vary depending on colors too, some are Limited Editions. They also have the 51-30 with a Strap instead of a bracelet, and another version with a Chrono setup... They have alot of good stuff.... Sporting my Nixon Capital Automatic currently.

Does wearing it offer a better felling or weighting? Would it likely last longer or keep better?

Not sure in comparison to the Fossil, as I've never owned one. I have about 10+ Nixon's though (out of 35+ watches) and they've all held up great... no issues whatsoever. Its a 50/50 mix of Automatic's and Battery Power, but none have needed repair etc, and most are worn regularly. The more money you spend the better the quality - most of the $400+ Nixon watches have Swiss movements. I have a few other brands as well (Vestal, Renato, Invicta, Swiss Legend, etc), and I usually wear my Nixons.
