Pulling The Trigger On New Racing Clutch

After some slippage with my stock clutch, I have decided to go with the Sachs Stage II Racing Clutch and LWFW. I am having Betim and the boys at BBI Autosport in Huntington Beach do the work for me. They are also going to drop their new ECU tune into the car. I am excited about it. I get the car back next Monday (8/4) and will write up a review of the new parts once I get back in the driver's seat.

What kind of torque numbers are you generating to get slippage?

Also, are you only seeing it when you go 'street racing' ()

I have 800Nm in mine and my stock clutch is fine thus far. I am not doing any drag racing but I probably only give it another 6 months though before I start looking at a Sachs II due to wear.

Really looking forward to your LWFW analysis as my only knowledge of this is hearsay

Street racing? That wasn't me.

I will give you a full run down once I get it back.

Hey Dana! The new clutch and LWFW is getting installed as we speak. Thanks for the confidence in our shop. The car is awesome and this upgrade will make it even better.

If anyone else is interested in this racing clutch or any other modification, please drop me a line and I will handle it personally.

Take care,

Betim

Was that the one that had the custom made Garrett turbos with ceramic ball bearings, etc.

That was probably the fastest car I have ever seen.
