Watch suggestions for $5k?
If I theoretically had a $5k budget and I was looking to buy a new watch, what specific watch models should I be considering? Thanks for your suggestions.

SoCal is an unknown quantity at this point
Get a Panerai. There are a lot of options for that price range. Check out paneristi.com; they have a ton of watches available, as well as an accessories section and strap section.

As always Rolex or Panerai for me in that range. Rolex's the safe bet, Panerai not as safe, but more fun imo.
