Where can I find these brand new Rolexes and Panerais for $5k? I'm sure that if I go to the nearest large city and find a jeweler in an expensive mall, the watches will be upwards of 7 or 8k.

This is exactly correct, which is why you should not waste your time with such places.

Contact the guys that PorscheFanatic mentioned. They should be able to help you out, or at least point you in the right direction.

Are you sure about buying off of ebay and "chrono24.com?" I would rather pay a large sum at a jeweler than trust that I will be receiving a real product from a person that I don't know on eBay. Do all of you browse eBay for your watches?
