Just pull out the crown and let it sit without moving until it catches up. No need to panic unless you went backwards a number of times.

I will gladly take them... Finish the remodel, don't move back in, and I will fly up twice a month to "babysit" them until they are 18. You and the wife already have the condo downtown, so problem solved.

That's what I thought... I believe I went back from 19:30 to 7:30 which means I did not cross the 20:00-2:00 zone so should be ok
But then when things got quiet, I started hearing sounds that the watch should not be making
