Scuba can be found for great $ nowadays, made in 300 pcs of every color. There's a red and orange one aswell.

 

There's the Wempe too which has a black inner bezel. I think it was limited to 175pcs.

 

i think that is it, i came to AP from Rolex and having had tried many watches on since, nothing seems to capture everything i want in a watch as well as an ROO .. and i am NOT complaining
as for resale, i never sold a watch (or a car for that matter), but i DO care about market-value down the years because, in the end, these aren't just things that tell time

if you mean there are a TON of ROO variations, then yes i agree. but where i come from, it is not a craze at all; on the contrary, it is crazy to be spending that much on a watch which is not a Rolex lol

with what are you thinking of wearing it the most?
i would recommend you discuss getting/get straight away the Singapore F1 strap as it is a LOT more fitting to the dial (imho) and, to me, wears much more comfortable than when i had it on the hornback

That strap looks great on the watch. I always thought a hornback with red stitching would look great too.

Asking $1700CDN. Obviously condition is a large factor, but lets put it at 90% for arguments sake.

 

It's rare, but not very desirable. I personally wouldn't pay more than a grand USD for it at 90% condition. It's worth around $1250 to $1300 LNIB IMHO.

 

You can find the "standard" black face, Speedmaster Professional (think ref. 3570.50.00) for $1800-$2000 Canadian, pre owned in very nice shape, if you keep your eye on TZ and the other watch sites.
