Tried on a used AP ROC and loved it, I just don't want another Chrono. Thats my size (AP ROC, daytona, Explorer 2, JLC master control).
If it doesn't feel right def don't buy it.

When I tried that brown daytona on a month or so ago it was too small to me.

I think FJP would be a great piece to add DDGT3... such a classy piece

FJP? Brain not working ...

Here's what I tried on. Love the dual time RO but would my top choices would be JLC MC or VC TI dual time. Just not looking to spend that much. The JLC is just So classy. And I respect the brand so much.

Not my pic but tried on before and it's perfect. Their rose gold version is gorgeous too

I think he meant FPJ - FP Journe.

I would say to go with the JLC!

I love the regular Jaeger MC, the perfect watch for a suit imo. It's very clean but I think I prefer ultra thin even more

i love watches because of stuff like this! unlike cars one thing can make or break a decision; for me the 14mm thickness is what i would love to own!
and i hear ya on the chrono i totally understand where you are coming from, it's not as much the DIAL that i mind as much as the pushers sticking out kind of gets old how they are pressed against your hand + it can get boring on the case/bezel. sometimes i find myself yearning for the non-chronos just for the cleaner surround of the watch

any idea when the new 41mm ROs are coming locally? boutique called me last week to offer a trip mid-May i think to the unveiling in Switzerland and all that good stuff! i am yet to google the new collection and i'm not sure whether i want to love the pieces or hate them

That ultra thin is hot. For me, the ultimate proper dress watch is this vacheron patrimony traditionnelle. Love the simplicity of the dial, small sub seconds, manual wind, and it's Geneva seal. Love this.
