congrats - 3 pieces of advice:
1. DO get the foie gras - best i've ever had - worth every penny of the $30.00 surcharge.
2. if you're 2 couples, order one of each menu - the vegetable tasting menu is usually better than the meat and you'll get to taste 20 different things throughout the night then.
3. DO NOT order the wagyu - complete and total rip off at a $100 surcharge. (besides, their veal, which is usually the alternative, is excellent.)
