lord, most of these are at kabuki on reseda near plummer. there's a few in the valley that i frequent so i'm not sure which one i told you about.

Been on the road lately. Have about 5 meals to post.
Kabuki - 1/27
Hotate - Grilled scallop covered with spicy soy bean paste.

Kani Katsu - Deep fried crab cake.

Age Dashi Tofu - Deep fried tofu, dashi and nameko (baby mushrooms).

Nasu Tofu - Roasted eggplant and tofu with a dark miso sauce.

Stuffed Ika - Squid stuffed with crab, halibut and asparagus, topped with ume, orange compote.

Negi Toro - Minced toro and green onion.

Ankimo - Monkfish liver.

Kurodai - Black sea bream.

Namero - Minced yellowtail, miso, ginger, garlic and scallion.

Awabi - Abalone simmered in a light soy broth.

Uni Tai Dashi - Sea urchin wrapped in shiso wrapped in red snapper simmered in dashi.
