Hamachi Salad - Hamachi, avocado, asparagus with creamy sesame dressing.

Toro Tataki - Seared toro, garlic ponzu.

Baked Oyster - Spicy mayo.

Miyoga - This is like a cross between ginger and scallion - su miso sauce.

Maguro Natto Tororo - Tuna, fermented soy beans, grated mountain potato.

Gyu Niku Sashimi - Rare beef, fresh yuzu, pickled garlic.

Shiso No Me Tempura - Shiso blossoms, deep fried.

Crispy Ika Natto - Fried calamari with fermented soy beans.
