also, i'm closing the invite today and locking in the headcount. i'm meeting with the owner one last time later tonight. for all that are coming, i'm assuming that the commitment is now firm.

yes, you eat the whole thing. same with sweet shrimp heads and some smaller fish with soft bones.

here's an update from my meeting last night. we currently have penciled in 9 or 10 courses. there should be lots of variety as each course will have different components. for example, sushi will actually be only one course with 5 or 6 different things. the general order of food is as follows: sashimi, cold tsumami, hot tsumami, nigiri sushi, finishing course (probably noodles). this should be a good time with an abundance of food. fyi, we will come in well under budget barring an appearance of A10 wagyu or something.

one last note, please be prompt. he really can't begin to serve until everyone is seated. also, he will most likely close the doors once we arrive to give us his full attention. can't wait - see you guys thursday.
