Hirame - Halibut, olive oil, tobiko, yuzu.

Niko Kori - Snapper with consomme.

Shirako - Sperm sack, ponzu.

Baked Whitefish - Cream cheese, avocado, tare sauce.

Saute'd Mirugai - Garlic, sesame, grapefruit.

Tai Kimo - Red snapper liver, miso sauce.

ok, head count for yuzu. so far i have ara, narbeh and myself. if it's only the three of us, we can probably walk in anytime. if it's more, i'd probably need to call ahead. anybody else down for the next week or so?

yes, omakase as usual if that's ok with you guys. i've only booked three reservations so far (myself,ara narb). please let me know if anyone else is going.
