Minced pork over rice, oyster pancake, sighball soup, and minced pork sauce over veggies.

At little pricey for local standard at 130NT ($4.3).

Standard fried porkchop over rice.

The side dishes are saute beacurd, stir fried bokchoy, cabbage, and carrot, tomato and eggs (a very popular dish), and some curry potato and carrot.

Atomic bomb bread, invented by the Taiwanese people a few days after we dropped them on Japan to celebrate their surrender and the end of their occupation in Taiwan.

Some of that looks really good. And some of it looks disgusting. Says the somewhat picky eater. Looks like you are getting plenty to eat on your trip though!

Looks fantastic I have been a couple times to Taiwan for work although very touristy I like Tapei 101, and the night market food prawns on sticks galore, duck tongue, and a little stall we found with fried chicken that would easily put KFC out of business lol
