Can you get them in HK? I only really know Central because the mrs had worked there for a year, and she didn't know of any places that serve that.

八方雲集open several shops all over HK provide that, or can find some small 大腸麵線專門店 in Mong Kok area. However, not as good as yu can get in Taiwan. 阿忠麵線 is the best!!

Yes, 阿忠麵線 indeed is the best.
Sadly, their U.S. branch in San Gabriel isn't that great. It's better than everywhere else, but nowhere near the original place in Taipei.
