Las Vegas Restaurants - need suggestions

Savoy is pretty over the top...it's an experience but not for everyone.
My favorites are:
Strip Steak @ Mandalay Bay - You HAVE to go there. Order the American Kobe Ribeye Cap.
SW Steakhouse @ Wynn - Love this place, great atmoshere, service, menu.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant @ Paris - Watch the dancing waters of Bellagio & wonderful food.
Stack @ Mirage - Chinese food done really different. Very fast too.
Kokomo's @ Mirage - Killer horseradish for the oysters!
All of these are reasonable & not over the top. If you are looking for crazy, fine dining try Prime Steakhouse @ Bellagio, Guy Savoy @ Caesar's or Alize @ Palms.
