Its been a while since we've had a good Gil foody thread over here... looks pretty damn tasty... and even though its 8am here I could completely go for some of that right now.

 

Whats up Gil, my name is Derrick, that was actually Stefan, he's on this forum as D2-STEFAN.

He did tell me the story though. I know alot of you guys know Gil already but how about this one:

Stefan goes to the car meet, is introduced to Gil. He comments on Gils watch, to which he responds "yeah I sell watches....try this one on, and check it out". He proceeds to take his watch off (its good ole' Styke we are talking about here so lets assume it was NOT a Timex), puts it on Stefan's wrist and gets BACK in his car!!! lol

It just goes to show the caliber of person you have access to as a retailer. Many retailers will not let you BREATHE on their merchandise, much less put it on your wrist and walk away.

I have yet to meet you Gil, but I never forgot that story Stefan told me!!

The rib eyes and the desert looked good, but the raw tuna? Yuk. No offense. We tried "sushi" and I couldn't eat it. Everytime I put it in my mouth I wanted to puke. At least you guys enjoyed it though.

 

Looks great! I still have yet to try that place, although I do remember you mentioning it awhile ago.

GSlider, sushi is one of my favorites and I eat it 2-4 times a week.

 

Derrick, that's right it was Stefan. I believe he is your brother? I remember that day, I was wearing a $100K platinum iced out Rolex and he liked it.

The watch fell off my wrist while racing the go karts but I found it in the cart after the race...LOL
