Mori Sushi

I have heard some good things about it, and was thinking of trying it.

But this is quite a damning review, to put it lightly...

Just got back from Mori, it most definitely deserves the Michelin star.

The knife work of the chefs were up there with the Japanese chefs in omakase places in Taipei.

The house grown rice were great.

The fish were quite exotic and fresh (abalone, sea urchin from Hokaido, baby baracuda from Japan, etc), and the presentation were sublime.

To top it off, the chefs were friendly and approachable, unlike Sushi Zo.

Will definitely go back there again.

Oh, they do have hairy crab and many other more exotic seafood when in season.

And Mori is still there.

Another Sushi thread?
Shoulda lumped it together with the Taipei one, dammit!

Just kidding Stuka. Might try that place next month.
