Which deceased rock star/musician do you most wish was still alive?

Under appreciated by people who write AC/DC off without listening to the good stuff ( not the mainstream stuff that gets played on the radio, I mean the proper AC/DC )
Sorry, but Nirvana fvcking sucks. I know for their time, they were all things to depressed teenagers, but come on, it's painful.

Hendrix and SRV for sure, although I harbor the fear that Jimi would have settled into the kind of middle-aged pompous monotony that befell Clapton, or more likely a crushing, but not fatal, drug dependency that robbed him of that spark.
SRV had been through all of that, and was well on his way to even better work than he had accomplished already.

The years leading up to his death were really quite sad, was a bit of a nut though. Would love to hear his life story, really respect his work and how much he changed the scene of rock.

Uh well they are, just with a new singer who sounds just like Layne. Here's their latest record that came out last year:

Elvis and The Beatles also helped define their generation, except, they were good.
