Almost the same thing. He lives in the occupied territory of Kalifornistan like I do.
The rifle while looks identical to the free America version, has to have a bullet button making the magazine non detachable without a tool, a lower that is not on the CA DOJ list of evil assault weapons, and a 10 round magazine (or a larger cap mag that is permanently neutered for 10 round).
