On the various forums there are a couple of very good topics.
First is the mod to add the Magpul MIAD Grip.

The second is the easy mod so the EMags work perfectly.
I have the EMags, not the PMags that I mentioned by mistake.
I haven't switched my charging handle but may try it out like you.

Check all your mags, especially PMAGS, but check all mags!!
