Yes, Ron Pratt correct....my bad. 
I'd tend to agree, but a situation like this is going to put a strain on other sales. I really don't foresee values climbing higher for the Veyron for quite some time, and then it will only be with some of the more unique models or a car that is in near original condition.
Not a rental. Several sources indicate the car was originally owned by a well known collector in Indianapolis who chose to use it frequently, including in a cross-country rally called the Great American Run in 2007, hence the miles.

I know the factory says you have to change this and that ever so odd many miles, but do you really have to? Just like guys at Porsche will tell you to change your oil so many miles, but the oil doesn't really need to be changed that often. What I am trying to say, is that is there any proof that items(rims) need to be changed every so many miles? Or is it just a way for Bugatti to recoup some of the lost cost for every car sold?

the factory suspositly checks the rims for stress cracks when they are changed but idk i think the high cost are a way to make back the money they loose on each car. i mean only the super rich buy veyrons so i dont think they care about the cost of driving
