OK this is what I think about RVP and City. If he ends up going there it's a shit thing to do and it's obvious he is all about the £££. However, if that means Arsenal gets paid more than from another team I don't really mind. Arsenal's future is a million times more important to me than where this jerk ends up playing. We'll kick his ass this coming season with the players we can buy from his transfer.

In this particular case yes. I don't say this easily though, in most cases I don't blame players for chosing $$$. But this case is different because of the situation with City and Arsenal and RVP's history in Arsenal. But still, if City offers the largest transfer money to Arsenal I prefer to see him go there instead of some team abroad who pays less.

I can see and understand Ludas's point here.
Football is very emotive and a lot of supporters take the players decisions very, very personally. Which is understandable, RVP leaving Arsenal for City would be like your wife leaving you for your worst enemy, would you support your wife making this move if the other guy was willing to offer her more £?
I still find it hard to comprehend Patrick Viera being the Football Development Executive at City when to me, he is Arsenal through and through.
Sometimes in all walks of life it isn't about the money, I'd find it disrespectful and distasteful for RVP to leave for City, same way that Nasri did, I would much rather see him go abroad and bow out gracefully.
