Plenty of speculation on the amounts involved in signing Hazard, regardless, it's a great signing for Chelsea.
In other news, Liverpool should be signing a championship standard manager in preparation for us being relegated next year I guess! How ambitious.

Hazard is good, real good, has lots of potential too.
