Justin to be honest it was just a SAD performance rather than a disappointing one. SAD is the word to go for in this context.
i understand DM's logic, and i applaud his guts in even attempting to do that; yes as always as a huge Mourinho fan i always advocate quick subs to salvage any possible scenarios, and i hate it when a manager subs at 60mins or 70mins
personally i was numb and could not care about the score although it was sodding liverpool because: a. we're finishing top of them in the table, b. everton will finish top of them, c. we won the FA biatch that's what counts
but more importantly i was numb because, as always, the main man to fail the team is Terry. i have always believed that if one man fails a whole team, then no matter what good he has done for that team and whatever history or credit in the bank, that man is a douche.
today, Essien was just pure crap. it is UNBELIEVABLE to watch a player be reduced so much, NOTHING he did was right, not even a pass, nothing except a single tackle.. but still, he never failed the TEAM
i am starting to think that the boss and the gang won't think it's the end of the world if they didn't play CL football next season
as a fan that's weird to think of, but as management, look what it has done for city, utd, and arsenal
i dont know
edit: another FVCK YOU goes to Suarez.. i thought Evra was being a ninny but now i believe that he is a racist and a ****, wtf was that sh1t he pulled on Ivanovic?
that was a straight red any day of the week
iva tonight was himself a twat for elbowing caroll and yielding that PK but as a defender i get the cynical part of it although i don't excuse it

I agree, its almost as if Terry and Lampard are telling the whole team which games to care about, and which one's are just throw away's.
I think RDM has done a good job with this team, but at the same time, I think a lot of it is still being run by Terry, Lampard, Drogba, and Cole. They have too much influence, and the only reason things are working out at the moment, is because Di Mateo isnt making waves with them. He's going along with what they want, and that benefits them, so they are happy. I honestly cant wait till these old school guys are out of here. Drogba can stay, but Terry, Lampard, and Cole can go. They can win the CL for me and then "F" Off.
I think next year we will be a much better team if a major rebuilding takes place. If Terry and Lampard are allowed to stay, then things will be the same, no matter who is brought in.
I dont understand why we would just throw away games against Liverpool and Newcastle. Are these guys so cocky that they think winning against Bayern is a given? If they do, then I have bad news. This is an old team, that will have to play the game of their lives to win the CL.
The sad thing is, I think some of them (Cole) would piss off if we dont make the CL next season, for a team that is in it.

Also can't wait for Terry, Lampard and Cole to be replaced. No manager should allow players to have that much influence. There's a reason why they are players and the manager is the boss. If you can't follow orders then F off.
Did anyone else hear Eden Hazard said he will definitely play in blue next season? Can't think of any other blue team than Chelsea.
