NBA Playoffs - I can't wait!

Melo is a top 10, arguably top 5, player in the NBA today. If you don't want him on your team then I don't know what to say... And don't give me that crap about how the Nuggets are better now without him. If Melo was so bad, GMs wouldn't be bending over for him.

The Bulls aren't even ranked number 1 in defense this season. They are 2nd and the Lakers are close behind in 3rd. So, no, they are not a notch above every other team.

Players like
Lebron
Melodramatic
Stods
Iverson
Are worried more about $ stats and fame than championships (and no I did not say they don't want to win)

I was just trying to prevent a potential counter-argument.
I still think the Heat will make it out of the East. But whatever happens in the East, I don't really care for. The Lakers are going to take it all again this season (assuming Bynum doesn't blow his knees).

As a die-hard chi-town fan of all pro sports the last thing I would ever call the fans of the "home team" is fair weather fans..... Chicago has some of the most loyal and crazy fans of any city. If your referring to the "out of town" fans, well those happen every year no matter what sport. Setters you like the sport or not have a Lil pride in the home team! Nothing but good things come to a city who had a successful sports franchise or season.

i wont deny that we have some of the most die hard fans.. hell am a Cubs fan.. trust me i know but you never heard anything about the Bulls when they were doing bad but now that they are playing well its all Bulls this.. and im not talking about outta town fans. im talking about people in Chicago who have no idea about a sport but if a team is doing well they all the sudden like them etc etc.. if the bulls win good for them but i will personally be "cheering" for the team they play.
also note im more of a player fan than a team fan.

Lakers.
Y'all can speculate all you want, but seasoned teams with veteran players win championships. Sorry Bulls, DRose is a nice player, but a championship is not in the cards this year.
As an admitted Laker fan, the only team that truly worried me going into this season was the Celtics, then they traded Perkins. WTF were they thinking?
Looking forward to NBA playoff banter threads.
GO LAKERS!!!!!!
