Gym/Work-out

Just to get this part started I though I could put up my work-out schedule and some exercises that I use. I hit the gym 6days a week, Monday through Saturday. I will follow up with tomorrows schedule later. I do not mention weights since it's very individual and unimportant. If you got any advice etc, please let me know, I've only been hitting the gym for about 6 months.

Monday & Thursday - Breast and Triceps

Breast:
4 reps for 4 sets

4 reps for 4 sets (Usually with a bar in a smith machine but sometimes with dumbbells)

8 reps for 4 sets

8 reps for 4 sets

Triceps:
8 reps for 4 sets

8 reps for 4 sets

8 reps for 4 sets

Nice work Strebo. Do you also wear those blue spandex shorts? I hope not.

no donkey raises? The only time I've ever seen LABRIT at the gym he supposedly frequents he was walking around trying to find somebody to do donkey raises with him but people kept turning him down.

The poor guy was heartbroken.

6 days per week? You don't feel like you are over training a bit? Or are you just not training hard enough?

Please, do not forget squats like some other people at the gym!

6 days is a lot...I train 4 days with weights and then 2 days of sprints...if you are training 6 days with weights your body will not recover properly and gains will be sparse

Strebbie, I'm really curious to hear about the results so far.

I went 4 days a week for about 4 months last year (with a PT) but I barely noticed anything, so I didn't bother to go anymore.

Of course not, but we all know that a thread without pictures is a failing thread.

I've actually never had any problem with this schedule which I've been using for 6 months now....up until last week when my right arm felt a little f' up . I've been resting since Thursday now and I'm about to hit the gym in an hour or so. I'm surprised it didn't happen earlier since I've never been a "gym-kinda-guy" until I started 6 months ago.
Atm I'm not doing squats but I've planned on starting with legs in april.
