I just watched Truth in 24 for probably the tenth time as I was packing, only a little over eight days to go!

 

Are you going to Le Mans also?

 

Unfortunately NO, I'll be in Hong Kong all next week, and b/c I didn't make the travel arrangements I'm not getting back until around 8pm on the Saturday of the race, so I'm recording the beginning and watching it later.

However, being in China isn't going to slow down my build up for the race! As long as I've got interweb access this thread will keep chugging along. I'm bringing along the 'Le Mans' DVD for a little Steve McQueen on the flight over.

JC, I think I'll have to watch Le Mans a few more times as well to get psyched up. I had tried to go on a tour of Flying Lizard's compound at Infineon Raceway when I was there on Sunday but when I contacted them about the possibility of a tour, they said the shop would be closed this week to prepare for Le Mans. While I was bummed that I didn't get to see the facilities, prepping for Le Mans is definitely a worthy excuse in my book.

 

JC, MiniD, Dhinkle, and Leh Keen are entering an RSR in 3 years. Don't ask questions. Take my word.
