S6 Avant C7 - test Italian mag

on the track:
oversteering with rear sport diff. (now audi has old bmw handling feature)
not so good laptime because of air suspension

for comparison: in the same issue there is the test of m6 cabrio vs sl 63amg performance
sl faster on the track by 5 sec
bmw 200kg heavier

rs6 c7 will destroy competitors

Test drove the S7 over the weekend. Very impressed with the drive in every respect. Great DD for the money. Trying to convince the wife to trade in her minivan for the S6, but she gives me the evil eye

Felt much faster, smoother and nimbler then the M6 coupe I test drove. The M6 had 130 HP and 100tq advantage, so WTF bmw

I think the M6 is too big for it's own good. Your comparisons are interesting since the A7/S7 isn't exactly small by any means lol. This further reinforces the notion Audi is doing a bang on job with their S offerings even when it is outguned by it's M series rivals.
