Mods? First thing is an Arrow Exhaust system. 2nd is me getting my ass on the bike and riding it, then squaring away static sag and bike set up. I'll go from there....

I don't plan on doing much to this bike. (ya riiiiight)

I actually prefer Termignoni exhaust. I had a full system on my R1, plus other mods, and was pushing almost 200 hp. That was such a fun bike to ride. Damn you Chris... Now I want another bike.

Mmmmm..... RC.... Tasty. I've always loved the looks and I love twins. But every time I sit on one its such a torture rack I can't imagine a 2+ hour ride.

Apparently they make a system for the 675. I'm gonna search the googles for a video/sound byte of it.

you DEF should get another bike!

Thought process: If I go with an RC I want to make sure I take my time finding the right one, I think I'm going to make it part of my collection when I have time. So that way, when I do- the wrong one won't have a chance to ruin my 'fantasy' of the RC.

This way I can have a bike this summer and enjoy riding again, reliably. with the 675.

And then I saw this other little cherry sitting there....

2008 1098S- Brand new. (warranty start date was Oct/2009) and they offered it to me for $16,990.

Both SURE were pretty damn sexy bikes. I must admit, that 675 is one hot little hooker.

What do you guys think of the deals?
Just saw this post now... I know I'm late to the game here

That's a pretty good deal on the 675, but as I just saw your post after this, the brand-new 675 for $7,999 is an excellent deal. FYI, I paid a little less than that for a new '08 last year. Since, there were updates made between '08-'09, I had a little extra bargaining power there.

My vote, as you could probably guess from my sig, is get the 675! You won't regret it! And if you end up with the bike in the pic you posted, you'll really love it... red is the fastest color

A Triumph is a "mass-produced Jap bike"?
