Is you hood an OEM or aftermarket hood. If it's OEM, then that doesn't say much for quality.

If you were worried about your hood floating around, is there nothing on the market to reinforce the hood from the inside, like a brace?

If you were going for a all go no show look. Pretty sure thats the hood pins is a dead give away.

It's OEM. And its a 2006 Ford Mustang....what kind of quality did you expect? I've never heard of anything to reinforce from the inside, other than hood pins, because that's exactly what they do, reinforce from the inside.

And I'd have to disagree with you again there as well. How many stock Mustangs do you see with exhaust or hood pins? Because I see a lot. The difference is I am faster in a straight line and around a track than a GT500 from my year and they come with hood pins. If anything, my boost gauge thats visible from my driver window is a dead giveaway. I think you misunderstand what I mean by "show". You should see what some people do to their Mustangs. A properly modified Mustang can be hard to come by these days...thats all I want. Function > looks. Not for looks to be completely non existent.
