I'm no financial advisor, but, I think it was a poor business decision from Ferrari and I hope they learn from it. Communication is a key success for a healthy business

One interesting thing, Ford was only seeking $100,000 in damages. Pocket change for both companies. I don't get it.

What Ford really wants is the court's injunction against Ferrari using the name. That is what is of most value to them.
