Moving to NoVa...

Ashburn is a cool place to raise kids, very family friendly. Heck I think Ferrari's have car seats around here. Not a big fan of Mexican food but I don't think we have anything remotely close to the stuff in the West Coast. We have the BEST Sushi place in McLean. Yes, even better than the ones I've been to in L.A. SD, SF, and even Seattle. Not big on Indian but the good Thai places are all in FFX County or Arlington. There has got to be a Thai restaurant strip mall in Ashburn. I think Thai is like the next Chinese carry out in Loudoun.

realized I never let you guys know I arrived. Well I'm here....settled in looking for work. Really actually enjoying being away from the big city feel...although it'd be nice to find a bar where I could actually dance a little bit. So far we spend most of our nights at Finnegans, lol. Also, Clyde's is probably one of the best restaraunts i've been too. I'm loving the thai food explosion that's out here...just need to find a good mexican spot (so far every place has handed me a bottle of tabasco when I ask for hot sauce).
Where's the good sushi at? I'm craving!
Any of you see a red GTO or silver '02 accord with cali plates say hello
(Wifes car is hard to miss, plate is WTF OMG)
We are in Ashburn on Bruceton Mills Circle right off of Ashburn Village Blvd, living with her parents for now till we find out where we'll be working.

There is a great sushi place just off Route 7 near 28. It's called Aoba Sushi. Pure Evo, All We'll Drive and I eat there fairly often.
I can't wait to see your reactions once summer rolls around. Ahh the joy of 95* and 95% humidity...

I've spent a good amount of time here during the summer, I know what i'm in for and I know I am not looking forward to it. Hopefully I "adapt" without too much heart ache. It's suppose to be f'ing 90 degrees the end of this week, i'm already terrified!!
I'll give Aoba a try this week, thanks! I don't know how you guys drive fast cars here....the speed limits are killing me...and the lack of "freeways" where you can zip up to 90 mph seem to be non-existent.

Ask me how I know.

There is no way I'd ever move back. Only good thing there is 5 guys
but it doesnt compare to the In-n-Out you'll be leaving.
