Beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder! 458 is ugly to me, I would take a Scuderia over it anyday (though the 9K sound of the 458 is just minutely better imo).

I do like this car alot, I thought the turbo engine would be too muted but so far so good.

i like its looks too to be honest. im not in love with it but certainly the performance makes up for a conservative exterior.

10.9 sec 1/4 mile stock is ridic

evo needs to just dedicate an issue to this thing and get it over with

I think the car is very nice looking. I'm not sure about the turbo's yet but I like this car 1,000,000 times more than the 458. If it out performs it that's outstanding. Although with the recent article from Chris Harris maybe it doesn't just out perform the 458 but destroy it. I don't really care that much because once the 430's started pounding out crazy numbers they are truly fast enough, anything faster is just crazy.

I like the Macca much more than the 458. I agree the Fcar has soul and spirit that's indefinable, and I do love the banshee howl of that engine at full song, but the design of the car is not killing it for me. There are parts that look fantastic, but the design as a whole just doesn't do it. Don't get me wrong, it's the best looking Ferrari since the Enzo and 355.

As for the Macca, yeah, it's certainly more sedate than the 458 lookswise. That's not always a bad thing. Audi's R8 doesn't look dated to me compared to a 360.

Anyway, if it's just about the looks, I'd have an Alfa 8C in my garage. If it's just about the performance, that Macca is looking pretty fine. And let's face it, unless the car is dog shite ugly or you're more into just cruising hollywood boulevard than driving Little Topanga Canyon Road, when you're behind the wheel it's all about the performance not the looks. This is likely why I still lust for a Super Seven.......
