They definitely should have gone with center lock wheels...

I'd rather have the McLaren > the 458.
There is a dealership I saw back in 1999, I know longtime but they had a Silver F1 Mclaren Supercar in their showroom, I dont remember its not far from mayfair and knightsbridge cant you order it from there ?

The McLaren showroom on Park Lane in London was shuttered in early 2004.

OK, I've given it a couple of days, and after an appropriate amount of inner meditation, I'm ready to pronounce myself moist with anticipation.

So, let's have a Top Gear segment featuring the McLaren (driven by Lewis Hamilton) and the F458 Italia (driven by that German chap). Shall we say 10 laps around Spa-Francorchamps, or a single lap of the Nordschleife?

Sounds wonderful.

I'd settle for JC driving both around the ol' airfield and then the mysterious one hammering them around the test track. And then Hammond disagreeing with Clarkson's conclusion.

Except that this time it's a brittish car and therefore they will all love it.
