On a side note, does anyone know how the M3s (E92 / E93) fare as far as MPG? I've heard they're not that much better if not about the same as the M5 / M6, can anyone shed some light on this?

I have had it on my now departed E39 M5 and they were great.
My MIL had it on her E38 and they were great.

I've been looking for a few now and would only get a BMW Certified pre-owned.
Few 2007-2008 with around 35k miles going for 35k, 32k cash you take them home all day

And with your gas prices I would not think about it twice!
A V10 in a sedan or sports car coupe will not be seen too soon again
except Lambo decides to come up with something new,..but even then I doubt they would go for a V10 engine
