Where exactly have you seen these prices? Maybe for 2006 with a ton of miles.
Mine gets 14/17 mpg. It's pretty standard. I can't imagine what you would have to do to get 8 mpg other than idling in traffic for days or towing a boat.

I think 20s is pushing it a bit for these prices on these cars. I think a "nice" one can be had in the mid/upper 30s these days though.....

That's really good that you are able to get 14 / 17 mpg most people I've talked to or most reviews I've seen on forums is that the MPG is horrible (which is to be expected from a V10 lol)
