I did this same mod.

Do you use an iphone? I found that if the iphone contact list has only emails with no phone number with each name on the list, the OEM BT will make an audible click and will constantly try to update the contact via BT.

Basically if you use a iphone, make sure (even if it is just (123)456.7890 fake) every contact in the list has a phone number not just an email. It will make it work better and get rid of the annoying clicking sound you might be hearing.

How much are you paying for the new seat leather? Sounds like a big $ fix. I need to do that too, but it is far down my list of needs at the moment.

Even cleaning the MAF made a noticeable difference, both in power and fuel economy. What did you replace it with?

Original Bosch parts from bimmerzone. These match the part number on the ones I removed from the OEM housing.

You can just replace this and not the housing. I didn't clean it because that's just delaying the inevitable, and for 300 bucks, 4 screws, and 10 minutes of time, it wasn't worth it for me to try cleaning.
