Yes. But keep in mind that 2 Drs have told me I'm just stressed out and that I'm in much much better shape then 90% of people at 38...anyone who see's me in person would never believe me when I say I'm out of shape-

But again, this I'm comparing myself to ME; no one else.

My 5% is still 10X better then you're pvssy 100% any day of the week dick sniffer.

what do you wanna wager?

Before lifting big weights ask yourself 2 questions



A) do I plan on having a big fat girlfriend

B) why the hell do I need to press 300lbs if the answer to A is NO

For the situation when something over 300lbs falls ontop of me and I need to lift it off so I don't die... good enough?

But yes, I'd rather press 225 a TON of times, but generally when you are able to rep that much weight x amount of times, you max would naturally be over 300lbs already.
