Oh it is funny to see peoples reactions. Surprising how many will come up and ask about the shoes.

Ya know, I've had a few circulation issues in my right calf for a while, and ever since I've been using these shoes, and wearing them every chance I get; that problem has really worked itself out. And that is part of the reason I'm so high on them.

Exactly how i felt before. About 4 weeks of not working out much and being lazy so finally forced myself to the first class, now its smooth sailing.

Can't wear 'em in the winter around here, but I rock some KSOs in the summer for trail runs. Makes running bearable.

I keep forgetting to post about this! For those of you who track caloric intake, the dailyburn iphone app. Ok, there are lots of apps that have a nutrition database. There is only one (that I know of) that has an integrated barcode scanner that auto populates nutrition facts. Best nutrition app ever! No more manually entering random protein bars/shakes you might grab at a 7-11 for instance, just scan the barcode.

big_slacker, I'm really wanting to buy a pair of these this summer and wear them for running, how good of a cushion do they offer?

Had a great chest workout today! I've been kind of busy as of lately so every chance I get to hit the gym feels great. I can't wait till that snow melts and the temps rise a little to start running, have barely done any cardio this winter... first few jogs are going to suck.
